Here's me on stage at the Ngaio Marsh Book Awards 28 Aug 2024. My novel "Nikolai's Quest" was one of 5 finalists for the Best Kids/YA Novel. While I didn't end up being the winner, being counted amongst the finalists was a prize of its own. In the picture you can see me wearing the pink beret, the MCs and on the screen behind us the book cover and the judges comments about my novel. Awesome experience, a few more photos to follow later
